Our approach to returns is friendly and hassle-free, while still setting clear guidelines to ensure fairness for all our customers:

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Try the EchoMist in the comfort of your home for up to 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied within this period, you can return it to us for a full refund – no hard feelings. We stand by our product and want you to have a risk-free chance to experience its benefits.

  • Item Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, please return the EchoMist in its original condition. This means the speaker should be undamaged, with no significant scratches or signs of wear, and in its original packaging. (It’s okay to gently use it for those trial nights of course!) Be sure to include all accessories, cables, and the user guide that came with the product.

  • Easy Return Process: Initiating a return is simple. Just contact our customer support at info@midnightreverie.shop within 30 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your item. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address and instructions. We’ll email you a prepaid return label if applicable, or outline next steps to send the item back.

  • Who Covers Return Shipping: For most change-of-mind returns or if you just decided it’s not for you, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer’s responsibility. (This helps us keep our product price and shipping free for everyone.) However, if the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will of course cover all return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no charge – we want to make it right for you.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned EchoMist, we’ll inspect it quickly and notify you via email. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method (credit card, etc.). Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a further 3–5 days for the credit to show in your account. We’ll make sure to keep you informed during this process.
